Below are some of the people I’ve found online in the card making community who specialise in colouring with certain mediums. There are videos, charts and inspiration abound! I have found my colouring skills have increased significantly over the past couple of years learning from these people. Below are my favourite recommendations.

Alyce Keegan is the owner of Kit and Clowder, and she is based in Australia. If you’re wanting to upskill your colouring – either with markers or colouring pencils, this is a great place to start. There is a free Markers 101 class – for Copics, Promarkers and other alcohol markers – but it covers topics such as light source, texture, skin & hair, so well worth a look regardless of medium you’re using. There are also great resources and charts for blends, colour combos etc. Monthly classes are sent by email for around $20AU per month, and you get two classes per month, complete with video tutorial breakdown, printable booklet and discount coupon for digital images used in class.
Join the Kit and Clowder Facebook Group (you don’t have to be a monthly paying customer) for freebies and giveaways.

A watercolour artist focusing on card making. Kristina uses many different mediums in her card making and her videos are short-medium length. I will also provide a separation link to her Youtube video where I learned how to colour hair – prompting me to purchase my first little set of Copic markers.

A very talented artist, Sandy uses many different mediums to sketch and colour images. She has a bunch of great resources on her website including colour charts, watercolour tips and how to use digital images.
The Copic Hex Chart is an excellent aid to colorists because of the color arrangement in visual order – not numerical. The chart makes marker selections more visually instinctive, allowing the artist to see appropriate and sometimes surprising blending colors a few blocks away on the chart. The cost is $5.99US but well worth it. Purchase here: https://art-classes.com/product/copic-hex-chart/. It is a downloadable pdf (you get sent the link upon purchase), which you can save on your computer.

Kathy Racoosin is a colouring genius. She hosts regular 30-day colouring challenges full of inspiration, giveaways and fun.
The 30-day colouring challenges are just for fun and community spirit – they are generally bi-monthly and no obligation, pressure or cost. You simply use the hashtag #thedailymarker30day when you share your colouring on social media (small images, progress on a larger piece or completed projects).
